Christmas yacht painting commissions
Your yacht. Your story. A painting to keep
A race, a passage, a boat that means something. Commission an original oil painting for yourself, give one to someone special, or bring the crew together for a shared thank-you.
Christmas 2026: up to five commissions available across all three offers. Normal commission prices from £850, with a standard oak shadow-gap frame included at no extra cost. Painting completion dates are agreed individually.
1. A personal commission
Your yacht painted in oils, in a scene that matters to you. Choose your canvas size and agree the view, sea and light with me. A standard oak shadow-gap frame is included at the normal painting price.
2. A gift commission
A gift from family, friends or crew, arranged by one buyer. A commission certificate gives you something to present at Christmas. The recipient can help choose the scene, and the painting follows on an agreed schedule. Tell me if it needs to stay a surprise.
3. A team commission
One original painting for the recipient, with a signed print, approximately A4, for every contributor. Share the cost equally or in individual amounts. One organiser agrees the painting, print count, delivery and final total with me before any payment.
The enquiry form records your preferred contribution arrangements. It does not collect crew payments.

From your first enquiry to the finished painting
Tell me about the boat. Choose one of the three enquiry forms and send your story, preferred size and photographs. Photographs can follow later. If you are unsure about size, choose “Please advise me”.
We agree the details. I will reply personally to discuss the painting, price, frame and timing. No payment is taken through these forms, and an enquiry does not reserve a studio slot.
The painting takes shape. Once the commission and payment arrangements are agreed, I will share progress before final approval, framing and delivery.
Something to give at Christmas
A gift certificate and the finished painting have separate dates, both agreed with you. If you need the completed painting for Christmas, please ask first so I can check the studio schedule. Christmas painting delivery is not guaranteed.
For a surprise gift, mark the form accordingly and I will deal with the organiser. The recipient can choose the scene after receiving the certificate.
